MISSION STATEMENT

At An Orphan’s Wish, we strive to positively impact and enhance the lives of orphans in China. We know that all children are valuable and can offer something to their world. Every child deserves to be loved, needs to have hope and a dream they can believe in.

VISION STATEMENT

At An Orphan’s Wish:

  • We believe that every child is important whether they are adoptable or not.
  • We provide a loving and nurturing home environment for children who need special care and medical attention.
  • We seek to find the best medical solution for children in our Special Care Unit.
  • We treat children who are born with clubfoot in a serial casting method, while providing them loving care in a home-like environment.
  • We provide a loving home environment for children with special needs who are probably not adoptable. Quality care, physical and occupational therapy, education and love give these children hope for their future.
  • We strive to place children into quality and loving foster care homes once they leave our facility.
  • We employ local Chinese citizens while enhancing their lives through training and quality employment in their country.
  • We encourage and support the involvement of the local Chinese community and business members.
  • We make every effort to ensure that the maximum amount of every donation received is used to directly benefit these children. We provide excellent reporting to all our donors.
  • We hope to increase the awareness and needs of the orphaned children.
