Chip arrived at the House of Love on June 25, 2009 from Guizhou province. He has a different congenital limb deformity, but while he was with us, we were able to get advice about the deformity of his legs and feet and the treatment required. He was a very social, easy going little boy, and it was sad to see him move on in mid August 2009.
