What You Can Do
There are many different ways that you can help An Orphan's WIsh improve the lives and the prospects for China's orphaned children at the House of Love.
Donate Supplies
Check out our Current Supply List. There are some items that we aren’t able to purchase locally that make the care of our children possible. Clothes made in the US and Europe are much higher quality and tend to last through many more washings than locally made clothing. Used braces for our Clubfoot and CP children also make such a difference in helping us care for our kids! You may donate funds to be used for the purchase of necessary supplies, or send your donation directly, shipped to either our US address, or to the Unit in China. Whenever possible, we try to send these items to China with volunteers who are traveling to save on shipping costs.
Fundraising Ideas
We have compiled some general information about hosting an event that benefits the children at An Orphan’s Wish. The events mentioned here are a jumping off point. We hope you will let your imagination soar and will create an event that best meets the needs of the community where it will take place. Once you decide which event best meets your needs, we will be there to support you with: digital files, event literature, videos and more. All proceeds raised through fundraising events are donated to our general fund so that all of our children benefit from your love!

Adoption
It is our sincerest hope at An Orphan’s Wish that all of the children in our care would ultimately join forever families through adoption. Because all adoptions in China are handled by China through the governmental agency, the China Center for Adoption Affairs (CCAA), we are not able to facilitate adoptions in any way.
